Terms of Purchase
BiljettShop.se is a company that sells event tickets both primarily* and secondarily. Tickets sold secondarily will always have another name on them, but all tickets in Sweden are non-personal, so the printed name is irrelevant.
We are not an agent for the venue and therefore are not responsible for the execution, presentation, quality, or content of the event. *See our primary events.
The purchase is completed once full payment has been made or if payment via invoice is approved.
For primary tickets, they cannot be refunded or exchanged for other tickets. The Distance Selling Act’s rules on the right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of event tickets directly from the organizer's ticket provider. The service fee is included in the price.
For secondary ticket purchases, the customer has the right to withdraw the purchase within 14 days from the day the contract was entered into (Chapter 2, Sections 10 and 12). The customer must notify us, in writing or verbally, preferably via info@biljettshop.se, within 14 days of purchase. You may also use the Consumer Agency's withdrawal form.
When ordering a large number of tickets, seating together is subject to availability. You may be split into groups of 2 or 3, but no one will need to sit alone!
Tickets are delivered no later than the same week as the event. For email delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an email address capable of receiving a ticket file up to 10MB. Please check your email to ensure you’ve received the order confirmation and tickets in good time before the event.
False orders and other misuse of BiljettShop.se will be prosecuted. NOTE: All IP addresses are logged.
Refunds
It is the customer’s responsibility to check if the event has been canceled or if there have been any changes to the time or date.
For primary refunds: In case of canceled or rescheduled events, please send an email to info@biljettshop.se with the order number and account number (for refunds). If a refund is issued, it will be the amount set by the organizer, but service and distribution fees are never refunded. If the organizer goes bankrupt, only the amount recovered from the bankruptcy estate will be refunded.
For secondary refunds: In case of canceled or rescheduled events, please send an email to info@biljettshop.se with the order number and account number (for refunds). The printed price on the secondary ticket will be refunded by the arena/organizer, but service and distribution fees are not refundable. If the organizer goes bankrupt, only the amount recovered from the bankruptcy estate will be refunded.
Invoice Payment
BiljettShop.se partners with Riverty as the invoice provider. Please read through their terms and conditions before placing an order using an invoice.
When choosing to pay by invoice: For information regarding credit refusal or if you believe you were wrongly denied, please contact Riverty. BiljettShop reserves the right to refuse purchases or deliveries and to reassess the buyer's creditworthiness. Full terms can be found here: https://documents.myafterpay.com/consumer-terms-conditions/sv_se/9084.
If you choose to pay via invoice, a 5% fee applies. The payment terms are 14 days, and the invoice will be sent with the shipment. You must be at least 18 years old, registered as living in Sweden, and approved through a credit check. The invoice will be included with the shipment.
In case of late payment, Riverty will send a payment reminder, and a statutory reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added. You will also be charged 2% interest per month from the invoice's due date. If payment is not received, the case will be sent to a debt collection agency, with a statutory collection fee of SEK 180 added.
Installment Payment
Through Riverty, you have the option to split your payment. For purchases of at least SEK 200, you will be offered the option to apply for installment payment at https://my.riverty.com/sv-se.
There are two options for installment payments. One option is to open a Riverty account where you choose how much you want to pay each month. A minimum payment is required based on the remaining balance, which is stated on the account statement.
The other option is to set up a payment plan. You can choose to pay over 3, 6, 12, 24, or 36 months (subject to a minimum monthly payment of SEK 50). The total amount is divided equally across the selected months.
If a payment is late, you will be charged 1.63% interest monthly from the invoice's due date. A statutory reminder fee of SEK 60 and a late fee of SEK 80 will also apply.
To start installment payments, you must apply for credit and agree to the terms. This can be done at https://my.riverty.com/sv-se.
Riverty processes personal data as a data controller when payment is made by invoice. Personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement and conduct identification and credit checks through external and internal databases. For more details on Riverty’s data processing, see here.
