BiljettShop.se is a company that sells tickets to events in both primary and the secondary market. We are not a representative for the venue and therefore not responsible for event execution, presentation, quality, or content.
When BiljettShop.se is selling tickets in the first place these surcharges are included in the fare:
1-100 SEK / each = 10 SEK, 101-400 SEK / each = 20 SEK 401-700 SEK / each = 30 kr, 701 kr / pcs and above = 40 kr
The customer is responsible for verifying that the event has not been canceled or that changes of the time and date have been made. Upon cancellation or moved events please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and account number (for refund). In the event of a repayment only the price printed on the ticket* will be refunded except service and distributions fees. If the organizer goes bankrupt, only what is received from the bankruptcy estate is repaid. * Refunded price here.
The transaction is completed when the full payment is paid. Purchased tickets can not be redeemed or exchanged for another ticket. Distance Selling Act rules on withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets.
When ordering a larger number of tickets you will sit together, subject to availability. You could be divided in groups of 2 or 3, etc. - but no one needs to sit by themself!
