In Faust, we meet the man who sells his soul to the Devil to experience youthful love once more. It is an imaginative opera filled with deep emotions, romantic melodies, and some of the opera world's most beloved arias. In autumn 2027, Malmö Opera presents a colorful production of Charles Gounod's masterpiece, complete with grand choral scenes, delightful music, drama, and passion. Audiences will be transported to another world inspired by Alice in Wonderland and Tim Burton's fantasy films, with a touch of Cabaret.
