I sommar lanseras ett nytt rockkoncept på Öland med tre legendariska metalband som intar scenen på ruinens innergård. Öland Rock blir årets stora rockevenemang på Öland som ska samla metalfans från hela landet. Öland och Borgholms Slottsruin har under flera somrar varit en samlingspunkt för rockfans. Det nya konceptet är tänkt att växa och utvecklas om responsen blir positiv.
