Nickelback

Nickelback is a Canadian rock band from Hanna, Alberta, and whose music has a clear straight on the aggressive tone without being considered heavy in the traditional sense. There are influences from Soundgarden and Alice In Chains, but without these groups experimental style and guitar solos. While there are some ballads and more classic rock songs in the band's repertoire. Their big break came in 2001 with the album "Silver Side Up", which sold over 6 million copies in the U.S. alone with hits like "Too Bad," "Never Again" and the mega-success of "How You Remind Me." The album "The Long Road" received triple-platinum award in the United States and featured hits like "Someday," "Figured You Out" and "Feelin 'Way Too Damn Good".
