Timbuktu

Jason Diakité, better known by his stage name Timbuktu, was born on January 11, 1975, in Lund, Sweden. He is a Swedish rapper and singer who began his career in the mid-1990s as part of the rap group Excel before going solo. Timbuktu has gained recognition as one of Sweden's most influential political hip-hop and rap crossover artists, winning multiple awards, including Grammis awards. He has also been actively involved in various social issues and has authored books and created children's literature.
